As a former D1 soccer player and 2020 US Olympic Marathon Trials qualifier, Kelsey has vast experience feeling the demands of multiple types of sports. Creating a strategic nutrition plan to address the individual athlete’s nutrition requirements in every part of a season has countless benefits.
